Oriana Bruno

A sociologist with a PhD in European, Urban and Local Studies from the University of Milan-Bicocca, she has extensive experience in ethnographic research, training, and project design in Italy and Colombia, where she has worked on migration, educational poverty, sustainable local development, and restorative processes linked to armed conflict. She has also developed expertise in social and healthcare planning, focusing on the needs analysis of service users and their families. She has been part of Codici since 2025, where she is involved in research, evaluation, facilitation, and training. In particular, she supports organisations and services through co-design and transition processes.

She loves bringing places and people together, promoting dialogue that builds shared visions, and supporting collective practices capable of generating social change.
