Over the last years, the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated some of the processes of social marginalisation already at work in Italy. These dynamics need to be studied and understood, so that we can act precisely to prevent them from manifesting again in the future.

S.T.E.P.S.
S.T.E.P.S. is a project which aims to improve mental health services for foreign unaccompanied minors (MSNA in Italian) in Lombardy, implementing an integrated and interdisciplinary system to recognise early risk signals in the first stage of the reception process, and to activate suitable and effective pathways of clinical care to meet the needs of the minors.
