SOFIA is a project managed by the Piedmont Region with IRES, co-financed by the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund. Its main objective is the improvement of the planning, management and delivery of public services for third country nationals, with a specific focus on accessibility.

Within the project, Codici is supporting initiatives of participative research-action aimed at developing innovative contents and tools for the training of professionals. Engaging workers, researchers and citizens, we are creating a toolkit consisting of a role-play game, a collection of stories and a training glossary. In parallel, Codici contributed in the planning and running of a summer school on migration and access to service, which took place in summer 2021.
